“Sprucing Up Springfield”
is a program of the Springfield community Federation that takes place
annually. It has been a part of the Springfield community since 1998.
Our mission is to choose a neighborhood that needs to re-establish its
identity, and infuse a sense of community pride by cleaning and improving its
appearance.
Each year, a planning
committee is selected to work closely with a neighborhood association in
Springfield to create and execute a plan for beautification and clean up of
the selected area.
