SCF is a clearinghouse for referral services and assistance in the Springfield,IL area for free on-site HIV testing & counseling, nutrition, health and dental care, child and family welfare, temporary shelter, permanent housing, utility payments, clothing and more.

SCF-sponsored events include: Miracles of Sprucing, Community Outreach Fairs for HIV and other health education, and Provider Council meetings.

Providers Council provides a forum for service-based organizations in the Springfield, IL area to gather, communicate and share resources. Join us on the 3rd Wednesday at noon for lunch, education and community networking.
